Do you take Custom Orders?

Yes, I can take custom orders on certain items. I will keep my instagram up to date if I am not able to. So if you would like to request a custom order please message me on Instagram @odawabearbeads and I will respond as soon as I can. Just note, not all my work can be duplicated.

How often does the site restock?

Any item that is listed as “sold out” is no longer available. There may be a chance for a remake, it just depend if I have anymore centers, beads ect. to do so. If you are looking for more information on a sold item, that may be a custom order request. But most items are one of a kind. Beadwork does take time, I will do my best to keep the most up to date updates on my instagram. I am a mother to three children, so shop updates will never be set to far in advanced, but I will try to give enough notice to customers.

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 2 business days processing time. I always make sure to have a order out within that time frame and tracking available. If anything comes up as I am a one woman show with three children, I will be sure to communicate the issue via social media outlets or email.

All sales are final. No returns.
